Join the Community of Christ Historic Sites Foundation as we explore church history in Australia this September 5-18. History will come alive as our tour guests:
  • Tour the world renown Sydney Opera House.
  • Experience the beauty of the Great Barrier Reef, the largest undersea garden in the world.
  • Capture breathtaking views over the water on a cruise along the scenic coast of Sydney.
  • Relish your time exploring the Green Cathedral and Tiona Chapel while enveloped in the natural beauty of Tiona, the Community of Christ reunion grounds. The images above and behind this text capture a glimpse of the beauty found at Tiona. 
  • Journey to the village of Kuranda, a picturesque mountain retreat located in the rainforest.
  • Share in worship and fellowship with Community of Christ members in Australia as they welcome you to their unique houses of worship at Frankston, Tiona, and Tuncurry. 
  • Hear the inspiring stories behind the church in Australia and visit the gravesite of Charles Wandell, one of the first RLDS missionaries to land in Australia. 
  • Visit the Blue Mountains National Park, Arthur's Seat, Brisbane, and so much more on this unforgettable tour of Australia!

Exciting Pre and Post Tours (optional)

In addition to the main tour of Australia, guests may extend their 14-day journey to include a pre tour excursion to the sacred site of Uluru located inside Kata Tjuṯa National Park, while our post tour option explores the beauty of New Zealand.

Our pre-tour adventure includes breathtaking views of Uluru, a sacred site located in Australia's beautiful Kata Tjuṯa National Park. Journey deep into the gorge and experience the vastness of this beautiful place of pilgrimage. Highlights of this 3-day excursion include rich red sand dunes, glorious views of the night sky, breathtaking sunsets surrounded by flora and fauna of the outback landscape, and so much more!

​Post Tour to New Zealand (September 18-22, 2026)
Highlights of the post-tour include a visit to the Hobbiton Movie Set! Journey to Rotorua to experience the Marquee Festive Feast, as well as a guided tour of Te Puia's Geothermal Valley, Kiwi House, and Maori Arts and Crafts. Explore the Waitomo Glow Worm caves and witness breathtaking views of Auckland while enjoying your final meal in New Zealand at the Orbit Restaurant located in the famous Sky Tower.
